Are your Bars Licensed?
Yes, We are pleased to announce that under new licensing Laws we were the first River Thames Party Boat Company to have been issued with a Premises License.

Can we bring drink onto the boat/s?
No, we are a licensed premises and do not allow drinks to be brought on board by the hirer or their guests, random searches are made and any Beer, Wine, Spirits or Soft drinks brought on will be confiscated and left on the pier.

Can we supply our own entertainment?
Yes, there is a surcharge for this and a portable appliances certificate or proof of testing will be required before we allow any electrical equipment to be used on the boats, this is a requirement for your own safety and the safety of our crew and Staff, it is also law. A letter explaining this is available on request.

Could we supply our own catering?
Yes, this is possible but it will incur a surcharge, we also need to see your caterers Food Hygiene certificates, a copy of there last council inspection, a copy of their insurance, Risk Assessments and a copy of there certificate stating that they are a registered food business.

Do you accept Credit Cards?
No, we are a small family run business and we only operate on a charter basis which means we are not guaranteed work, the cost of hiring a PDQ is expensive, we do not have a land line on the boats so monthly fees for this service it is not cost effective and we would have to put our prices up to compensate.

Do you have a non-smoking policy?
Our Vessel has Smoking and non smoking areas, on the Royalty the reception area is a no smoking area, this is the area where you actually board the boat.

Do you sell cigarettes?
No, so make sure you bring your supplies! it may be a good idea to inform your guests as well.
